Christmas is coming on again and it's time to start making presents. This one is for Daughter #1 and again an Harry Potter wizarding World theme, Gryffindor's common room.
One of the many inspiration photos
I start off with the usual 1/4" foam core

| Various scrap pieces of box foam, XPS, and foam core for the rear window |
| Fitting the pieces |

| Checking the perspectives |
| The rounded tower piece is an oatmeal box |
| Putting in the rugs and tapestries |
| Adding furniture, made from card stock, foam, and balsa |
| It's starting to look like the common room |
| Bottles and lamps made from beads and finds |
| These chandeliers are always tough. I don't think I've ever made two the same way |
| The front face was really a no-brainer for this one, it had to be the "Fat Lady" |
| I think it came out rather well |

This one was fun to make, and it was nice that there were so many references to go by.
